Mission Statement and Goal:
Kawasaki Xtreme Team Green is a marketing company that is partnering with the Kawasaki Motor Corporation to raise the awareness and
influence of amateur motocross racing. Motocross racing has evolved a great deal in recent years. This private venture along with the Kawasaki
Motor Corporation and its affiliates are adding a secondary trackside racing semi dedicated solely to the rising stars of Kawasaki Team Green
Rider's, as added support and a stepping stone to their pro careers.

Kawasaki Team Green has been around for twenty-two years and has assisted some of the best-known racers in the sport of motocross, racers
like Jeremy McGrath, John Dowd, James Stewart and rising star Ryan Villopoto. With a fleet of support trucks, trailers, and now two semis' they
attend over 120 races across the country each year. Kawasaki "Xtreme" Team Green plans to continue this tradition by acquiring sponsorship and
partners inside and outside the motocross industry. Working closely with Kawasaki and its affiliates Kawasaki "Xtreme" Team Green will
contribute additional support to a full range of up and coming Team Green riders by attending national events held across the country with a
completely amateur race team.

Kawasaki "Xtreme" Team Green's goal is to increase the awareness of Kawasaki and its affiliates, in and out of the industry by increasing their
exposure at national events. By presenting a positive and professional appearance at national events Kawasaki "Xtreme" Team Green sponsors
will be able to increase their market share to a market in-which they directly sale or market too, giving them a distinct advantage over their
competitors in the market.

Hundreds of thousands of people will be directly influenced by Kawasaki "Xtreme" Team Green, whether it is clothing, audio, video, sport drinks,
tooling, chemical, or recreational products. Corporations will benefit from Kawasaki "Xtreme" Team Green and its riders. An estimated 1 million
people are influenced by coverage on Television, Radio, Magazine, or attendance at each of these amateur motocross events.

Today's cycling population wants what the top competitors have or use in his or her sport. Kawasaki "Xtreme" Team Green will not only have the
top amateur race program in the country, with a fully stocked and operational track side support semi, but will be assembled with the top amateur
riders in the country supported by the leaders and corporations in and out of the motocross industry. Together we will all benefit and increase the
